New subsidiary

Peter und der Wolf Communications GmbH is now part of Klondike.

Klondike takes over the agency Peter und der Wolf Communications as a 100% subsidiary. Peter Hatz, Managing Director of Peter und der Wolf, will also assume the position as Managing Director Consulting at Klondike.

With the takeover of the agency Peter und der Wolf, which has been active in the market for over 20 years, Klondike is taking the next step. On the one hand, the merger enables us to position ourselves in an even broader industry environment. On the other hand, with Peter Hatz we are gaining an experienced strategist and consultant at management level and, with his team, highly qualified employees in the creative and consulting fields. With this akquisition we will gain important know-how and synergy effects.

Peter und der Wolf complements our portfolio with clients from IT (e.g. Citrix Solutions), telecommunications (e.g. O2-Telefonica), the healthcare industry (e.g. MSD, Ohrwerk) and the public sector (e.g. the City of Munich) The agency also services companies in the organic sector (e.g. Sodasan) and brings with it lots of experience in the field of sustainability.

With Peter Hatz, a strategic head with many years of experience both on the industry and agency side is joining our company. Before managing Peter and the Wolf, the US native held leading international marketing positions – for example at Siemens Mobile, McKinsey and Logitech.

All existing customers and partners can rely on consistent support and unchanged services teams. In addition, the newly acquired competencies and capacities provide even more extensive possibilities for strategic and creative consulting, design and multidisciplinary implementation of ambitious projects.
